Submit your enquiry and we will be in touch within 24–48 hours.
During this complimentary consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your requirements and provide a clear overview of our services, terms of engagement, and associated next-step costs
2. PRE BOOKING FEE
Promedour™ requires a Pre-Booking Fee once a client confirms their intention to proceed and coordination begins.
Pre-Booking Fees are:
- NZD $1,000 for Medical & Surgical Treatment Procedures
- NZD $300 for Health Screening Packages
The Pre-Booking Fee allows Promedour™ to begin medical documentation review, preliminary assessment, engagement with hospital partners and treatment proposal preparation. Full details are outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
3. Share Medical Reports
Next, we will send a form that will aim to obtain important health information such as:
- Medical history
- Diagnosis reports
- Test results
- Current medication schedule
- Supporting documentation
