As a New Zealand-based international medical concierge, we facilitate access to overseas internationally accredited hospitals and highly experienced surgeons with established clinical track records. Every case undergoes structured medical review prior to travel to ensure that treatment pathways are appropriate, carefully planned and supported by the necessary clinical information.
Our role is to introduce clinical governance, transparency and professional coordination into what can otherwise be an uncertain process — providing clients with a level of assurance, clarity and support rarely found within the traditional medical tourism landscape.

Medical Leadership & Clinical Oversight
Promedour™ is guided by New Zealand registered medical doctors and supported by an experienced clinical advisory network.
Before any overseas treatment proceeds, clients complete a structured pre-departure process, including the collation of relevant medical information and documentation.
Where appropriate, Promedour™ arranges independent input from New Zealand-registered medical practitioners to support treatment planning and referral communication with the receiving specialist.
This additional layer of coordination enhances patient safety, reduces uncertainty and supports continuity of care across international healthcare settings.
Promedour™ does not replace your GP or treating specialist. We work alongside them.

Promedour™ also facilitates access to comprehensive health and executive screening programmes designed to provide a thorough evaluation of an individual’s overall health.
Working alongside our partner hospitals, we coordinate extensive screening programmes incorporating advanced diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing and specialist consultations within a single structured assessment.
These evaluations become increasingly important as individuals age or where there may be predisposing genetic or family health history requiring closer monitoring.
Within many healthcare systems, completing such investigations locally often requires multiple appointments across different clinics, laboratories and diagnostic centres, frequently extending over several weeks depending on availability.
Our comprehensive screening programmes allow many of these investigations to be completed within a single day in a coordinated hospital environment.
Clients may choose to undertake these assessments as part of a planned medical procedure, or simply travel for a short visit to complete a full health evaluation while enjoying a brief break abroad.

Structured Treatment Pathway
Our coordination model is designed to provide clarity, safety and accountability at every stage. Following initial engagement, relevant medical documentation is carefully collected and organised. Where appropriate, Promedour™ arranges independent input from New Zealand-registered medical practitioners to support the preparation of information prior to onward referral.
Once reviewed, records are securely transmitted to the receiving overseas specialist for formal evaluation and treatment planning. Upon specialist acceptance, a transparent quotation and proposed clinical schedule are provided. We then coordinate hospital admission, travel timing and accommodation arrangements in alignment with the agreed medical plan.
During the overseas phase, clients are admitted directly into the accredited private facility for treatment and structured recovery. Upon discharge, documentation is compiled and coordinated to support continuity of care upon return home. Every stage is managed with clinical oversight and professional coordination.
Comprehensive Concierge Support
Promedour™ provides full logistical coordination to ensure a seamless and professionally managed experience.
We assist with clinical liaison between New Zealand doctors and overseas specialists, surgical scheduling, hospital admission planning, flight guidance, premium accommodation arrangements close to hospital facilities, airport transfers, ground transport and companion coordination where appropriate.
Our objective is to ensure that when clients become patients overseas, the process is already structured, documented and aligned.
